Scientists in Spain have discovered that if tea, coffee or any other food containing caffeine is consumed half an hour before exercise, the rate of dissolution of body fat during exercise increases. It should be noted that in addition to coffee and tea, chocolate, cola drinks and energy drinks also contain significant amounts of caffeine.

Experts from the University of Granada (University of Granada) have come to this conclusion after analyzing an average of 15 volunteers aged 32 years. These experiments have shown that exercising in the evening is more noticeable than in the morning.
Francisco lead author of the study, says that in the morning and on an empty stomach, it is generally recommended to lose fat fast, but the scientific basis for this idea is weak. Contrary to this notion, Gahite and his colleagues observed that in the evening, after half an hour of caffeine use, volunteers who exercised had twice as much body fat loss as those who exercised on an empty stomach in the morning. Details of the study are published on the website of the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
