In Pakistan, it is often difficult to combine sports, tourism and entertainment, but the Cholistan Jeep Rally is the only event where these three things come together. Every year, a large number of car and racing enthusiasts from across the country take part in Pakistan’s largest jeep rally organized by the tourism department. For which they start preparations several months in advance. More than 100 racers have participated in this year’s Jeep Rally.
This time the competition, which starts on Thursday, is a little tougher as the length of the track has been increased to 500 km. The track of this pocket rally passes through three districts of South Punjab, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan.
Sahibzada Sultan won the Cholistan Jeep Rally 2021 winner while Tishna Patel was declared the winner in the women’s category. The chief guest of the function was the Chief Minister of Punjab. According to the details, pre-paired category, stock category and women’s competitions were held in the Cholistan Desert Jeep Rally in the desert area of Bahawalpur.

In the pre-paired category, Sahibzada Sultan clinched the title by defeating last year’s winner Mir Nadar Magsi. The Chief Minister of Punjab also graced the occasion. The participants were pleasantly surprised when the Chief Minister of Punjab Surprised, the participants praised Chief Minister Usman Bazdar for his skillful driving.
Expressing his views on the occasion, the Punjab Chief Minister said that the Cholistan Desert Rally has become a major event of Pakistan.
